Lapvents have cured my condensation

I just wanted to say thank you for providing such an effective solution for loft condensation. I received prompt replies to my emails with lots of helpful advice about where and how to fit the vents. Gendex delivered them promptly, fitting was straightforward and now I have a completely dry loft!

Just one final question - what exactly do the flaps do, and is it essential to fit them in every installation, or only in areas of high wind?
